🔹 Service your lawn mower – Before the grass kicks into full growth mode, clean or replace the air filter, sharpen the blade, and check oil levels.

🔹 Clean out your dryer vent – Lint buildup is a major fire hazard. Clear out the vent hose and exterior flap for better airflow and safety.

🔹 Inspect caulking around windows & doors – April’s moisture can seep in where old caulk has cracked. Reseal to protect against water damage and improve energy efficiency.

🔹 Flush your water heater – Sediment can build up over winter. Flushing it now helps extend its lifespan and improve heating efficiency.
