Our services include scheduling important appointments (i.e. inspection, appraisal, closing), tracking dates and deadlines, document upload, contract compliance, and seller/buyer correspondence. We also proudly offer comprehensive listing prep coordination - which includes coordinating the following steps prior to market activation: scheduling sign install / photography / staging, MLS input, copywriting, room measurements, lockbox install, brochure ordering and delivery, and drafting listing paperwork.
