Wendy Dalgety
Transaction Coordination Manager
Wendy obtained her WI Real Estate Salesperson License in 2015 and her Broker License in 2018. After joining Century 21 Affiliated in 2020, Wendy was recruited to join the Learning & Development department and has since trained countless new and experienced agents on the tools and systems available to them through Century 21 and their parent company Anywhere. Wendy also developed and implemented a sales training course for agents at Century 21 Affiliated called “Core Academy” that teaches all the essential skills needed to create and grow a successful business in real estate. Throughout her career, Wendy has received multiple sales awards and is thrilled to have the opportunity to use her knowledge and experience to support agents in her role as Transaction Coordination Manager. Wendy hails from South Africa and lives with her husband in Middleton, WI. She is the proud mother to two children and is an avid animal lover with six pets (2 dogs, 4 cats).
Jill Oelke
Listing Coordination Manager
Jill obtained her WI Real Estate Broker License in 1982 and has been with Century 21 Affiliated for 27 years. She earned her GRI®, CRS®, ABR®, and SRES® designations in keeping with her desire to provide excellent customer service to her clients. Jill has repeatedly earned the Century 21 Quality Service Award, in addition to several Masters Ruby Awards throughout her time with Affiliated. She has an Administrative and Paralegal background. In her free time, Jill loves to spend time with her grown children & family and loves to attend live music performances. She also attempts to golf at least once per season.
Kristopher Coe
Director/Co-Creator
Kris has over 20-years of experience building and operating transaction coordination companies. Beyond that, Kris worked in the title industry and holds dual real estate licensure in Wisconsin and Colorado (where he maintains his Broker License). He previously served as Executive Director/Managing Broker of a Denver-based brokerage and has sold over $70M in his career in residential/commercial real estate. Currently, Kris is a Team Leader for Century 21 Affiliated and launched and co-created Paperclip TC in 2023. He resides in Mt. Horeb, WI with his wife and two children. Goose, his furry bernese aussie mix, still sleeps on the couch when no one is home. In his free time, Kris devises new ways to achieve more free time.
Amber Jones
Operations Specialist
Amber has five years of valuable industry experience and earned her Real Estate Salesperson License in 2021. She previously served as an Administrative Assistant for the second-ranked Real Estate Brokerage in Dane County. In her previous role, she seamlessly processed a high volume of transactions, provided agents with resource training, and created digital marketing for her office. Outside of work, Amber finds joy in spending time with her family, nurturing her collection of houseplants, and pursuing outdoor activities such as biking and hiking.
