Kris has over 20 years of experience building and operating transaction coordination companies. Beyond that, Kris worked in the title industry and holds dual real estate licensure in Wisconsin and Colorado (where he maintains his Broker License). He previously served as Executive Director/Managing Broker of a Denver-based brokerage and has sold over $70M in his career in residential/commercial real estate. Currently, Kris is a Team Leader for Century 21 Affiliated and launched and co-created Paperclip TC in 2023. He resides in Mt. Horeb, WI, with his wife and two children. Goose, his furry Bernese Aussie mix, still sleeps on the couch when no one is home. In his free time, Kris devises new ways to achieve more free time.

Amber has over 6 years of valuable industry experience and earned her Real Estate Salesperson License in 2021. She previously served as an Administrative Assistant for the second-ranked Real Estate Brokerage in Dane County. In her previous role, she seamlessly processed a high volume of transactions, provided agents with resource training, and created digital marketing for her office. Outside of work, Amber finds joy in spending time with her family in Madison, WI.

Lory is a detail-oriented coordinator who ensures every transaction moves seamlessly from contract to close. She focuses on accuracy, compliance, and proactive communication, while keeping records organized and workflows efficient. With several years of experience supporting top-ranking real estate firms in Virginia and along the East Coast, Lory brings both skill and perspective to multi-state transactions. She also has a strong background in digital marketing and content creation, using social media and visual design to boost brand visibility. By combining coordination expertise with marketing and administrative support, Lory plays a key role in both the behind-the-scenes operations and the client experience at Paperclip.
