Weekly Summary Report

You will receive a weekly summary of all of the tasks that we have completed for the week so that you know exactly what has been done on your transaction.

Deadline Reminders & Scheduling

We track every deadline and provide routine reminders throughout your transaction. We can also coordinate delivery of earnest money, schedule inspections with your buyers, and schedule your closings and walk-throughs.

Text Messaging

We know that you have a busy life and you’re on the go. We offer text reminders for quick alerts and important updates. Don’t worry, we only text when it is good news or super important. We’re here to help, not to hinder.
