Our team not only reduces your paperwork load (hence our name) — we also strive to provide exemplary customer service, increase overall efficiency, and integrate innovative systems into your real estate business in an effort to allow you to step away from the grind of clerical tasks and instead focus on the cornerstone of your business: your clients. Our services include scheduling important appointments (i.e. inspection, appraisal, closing), tracking dates and deadlines, document upload, contract compliance, and seller/buyer correspondence. We also proudly offer comprehensive listing prep coordination - which includes coordinating the following steps prior to market activation: scheduling sign install / photography / staging, MLS input, copywriting, room measurements, lockbox install, brochure ordering and delivery, and drafting listing paperwork.
